Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through 1cor1v23.com (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Noble Flotte SASU.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & French Legal Minimum)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Code de la consommation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which:

  • You receive the goods, or

  • A third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

2. Mandatory Contact Before Any Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us by email.
Returns sent without prior contact and approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, you must inform us by a clear and unambiguous statement sent by email.

3. Return Deadline

After contacting us and receiving confirmation, you must return the goods:

  • No later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days

  • The goods must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, as permitted by law.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except where mandatory legal rights apply:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Made-to-order or custom products

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items, where clearly indicated

6. Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with applicable law:

  • The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer, once the return request is accepted

  • The customer is also responsible for the risk of return shipment, including loss or damage during transport

This does not apply if the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged product upon delivery

  • An incorrect product sent by us

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds cannot be issued until:

  • We receive the returned goods, or

  • You provide proof of successful return delivery

7. Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods (or proof of return)

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

  • No additional refund fees will be charged

In accordance with the law, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, you may be required to:

  1. Contact us by email

  2. Return the original item in accordance with this policy

  3. Place a new order

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, and cover return shipping where applicable.

10. Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

11. Refusal of Returns / Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Failure to contact us by email before returning goods

  • Fraud or suspected abuse

  • Repeated excessive returns

  • Violation of this policy or our Terms & Conditions
